Our closer contact means greater support. We start with an assessment and then a full Sleep Jumpstart 90 min call – and follow it up with TWO 30 minute calls.

You might need more support – maybe you’ve got more sleep anxiety, or a more complicated history. 

That’s okay. I get that. You are not alone. I’ve been there. So have my clients.

We start with an assessment done before your first call (A Sleep Jumpstart) so we can move you forward quickly during our first 90 minute call.  I send you a summary and homework to support you. You will know exactly how to get started when we finish our very first chat. No fuzzy ‘oh that was a nice chat’ here!

Then, two weeks later – and two weeks after that – we reconnect for another call where I can tweak things and provide you support so you can grow throughout your journey.

You are never on your own.

You have the option of adding on Voxer support for light touch voicenote contact throughout. 

I’m here to support you throughout your sleep improvement journey. 

You can’t get this level of support from any therapist or coach – anywhere.

So why Me?

I’m a qualified sleep therapist recognised by the Society for Behavioural Sleep Medicine, and I specialise specifically in adult insomnia treatment using evidence based approaches.  

I’ve also had insomnia myself.  I really get the grinding and seemingly endless physical and emotional toll it takes on our lives.

There’s nothing I want more than to help people reconnect to their natural sleep ability, and to be able to do so for life.

How do we meet?

We meet on Zoom, from the comfort of your home.  If you’ve never used Zoom before, I can send you a tutorial on how to use it before our session.

How does payment work?

When booking you’ll pay the invoice with Stripe, which is a secure online payment system used by many online retailers for payment processing. I never see your card details.

I Don't Live In the uk.....
