Our closer contact means greater support. We start with an assessment and then a full Sleep Jumpstart 90 min call – and follow it up with TWO 30 minute calls and Voxer voicenote support between sessions. More support than you’ll get anywhere !
The Sleep Reboot
You might need more support – maybe you’ve got more sleep anxiety, or a more complicated history.
That’s okay. I get that. You are not alone. I’ve been there. So have my clients.
We start with an assessment done before your first call (A Sleep Jumpstart) so we can move you forward quickly during our first 90 minute call. I send you a summary and homework to support you. You will know exactly how to get started when we finish our very first chat. No fuzzy ‘oh that was a nice chat’ here!
Then, two weeks later – and two weeks after that – we reconnect for another call where I can tweak things and provide you support so you can grow throughout your journey.
You are never on your own.
Between sessions, you can message me on Voxer, a free voice note app similar to WhatsApp.

How do we meet?
We meet on Zoom, from the comfort of your home. If you’ve never used Zoom before, I can send you a tutorial on how to use it before our session.
How does payment work?
When booking you’ll pay the invoice with Stripe, which is a secure online payment system used by many online retailers for payment processing. I never see your card details.
All fees are in my local currency, the Great British Pound (GBP). You can get an approximate conversion here: https://xe.com
I Don't Live In the uk.....
Zoom can connect us, all around the world. I’m in the UK timezone, and can meet people from 7am to 4pm – which covers early morning in most of North America and early evening in Australia. You can check your timezone here: https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/

You can book additional ad-hoc calls for £100 or upgrade to a larger bespoke package.
