SLEEP RECOVERY CALL
Join me for a targeted sleep review session on Zoom where we talk about your sleeping troubles and what might be causing your insomnia. We’ll work together to create concrete, practical ways for you to use that information to address your own sleeping problems.
FOUR WEEK COACHING
The 4 Week Programme is a one to one four week coaching programme focussed on the core actions you need to take to restore your sleep. The Programme teaches you the key strategies to restore your sleep and will support and guide you in putting them into practice.
VIP SLEEP RECOVERY PROGRAMME
Work with me comprehensively over the span of three months to address the behavioural, cognitive and emotional sides of your sleeping troubles. We also do a full dietary and lifestyle review and I’ll support you to make any changes that may be impacting your sleep.
