WEEK 2 - Our Environment

Get a deeper understanding of how your physical sleeping space affects sleep directly – and what changes to make to your environment. There is no one size fits all and no strict rules.   Here we begin looking at sleep more closely.


WEEK 3 - Our Mindset

Conquer the mental and emotional factors play into YOUR specific sleeping issues. End the cycle of whirlwind thinking and panic about sleep and replace fear with rational calm thinking and new ways of thinking about sleep which help your progress.


WEEK 4 - Consolidating sleep

 Use your new wisdom to implement an important sleep improvement strategy – and tailor it to your specific sleeping situation. Not ‘cookie cutter’ – I explain how to tailor it all!


WEEK 5 - Solidifying our Sleep

Dive deep into a powerful approach based strongly on evidence. By now you’ll know which approaches to use and continue to put them into place to improve how solidly you sleep.


WEEK 6 - Future Sleep Scenarios

Understand exactly how to deal with normal natural future sleep blips, so they don’t become out of hand and send you back down the slippery slope into insomnia.

I’m Tracy The Sleep Coach

I’ve suffered those long sleepless nights, just like you.  For years.

The laying awake staring at the wall. Or for variety, the ceiling. The frustration and tossing and turning.  The feeling of finally falling asleep – 30 minutes before my alarm went off.  The burning eyes and fatigue and foggy headedness, until it got to ‘bedtime’….and the cycle would start again.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know this stuff works?

The course is based on cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia – it’s the most strongly evidenced approach to treating insomnia, and is the recommended method according to all sleep and medical associations worldwide. I didn’t just make it up 🙂

Someone or something else wakes me at night. Can this help?

Being woken up from the outside can be frustrating and the course can’t prevent that from happening but you can deepen sleep so you may not wake up as easily as before. You can learn to tackle the ‘worries about not falling back to sleep’ so those don’t contribute to staying awake, allowing you to fall back to sleep faster.

Will this help me sleep if I am working shifts?

No, the programme is set up for insomnia, and the problems associated with shifts are not covered. I’m happy to do a one to one consultation to help you with this.

I've never done an online programme before. Is it hard?

The platform used to host the course is VERY EASY to use. 

You’ll get an email with the login details – you only need access to a web browser.  Just login and then do the lesson.

And each week, you’ll get a reminder of new lessons that have been released for you.  At the end of the week, we all get together!

It works this way because the skills take time to build upon one another – racing through the videos and worksheets won’t get you to your goal faster.  There aren’t any shortcuts I’m afraid!

How long does it take?

Each module is a bit different, but even the longest module (Module 3) should only take a maximum of 1.5 hours to work through.  You then spend a bit of time each day doing the activities discussed in the module. It’s hard to quantify the mental side!  We then meet for an hour to 90 minutes to review the topic, answer questions and give one another support.

How do I pay?

Payment is done securely using Stripe via a very common checkout system called ThriveCart, a setup used by many online providers and online shops. It’s secure – I don’t ever see your card details.

How long do I have?

The live element of the programme (the zoom and group support) will run for 10 weeks, but you will have access to the online portion of the programme on the course platform for as long as it’s alive on the interwebs.
