8 week Group Coaching

Impatient and want to get going as quickly as possible? Enquire to join this progressive 10 week group container where you go through CBTI alongside an intimate small group.  Get professional instruction and group support across six weekly sessions on Zoom, followed by an additional 2 weeks of support in a group container as you implement what you’re learning.
